We ship All orders the same day when they are submit by 3pm EST. We may ship by UPS or USPS. Overseas and FPO
orders are shipped by The US Post Office. Tracking is
available for UPS and USPS shipments. See Tracking (see
right column) but is not all that helpful for USPS
shipments, as it only shows shipment and receipt times.
Common Shipping Delays
- The most common shipping delay results from errors
in shipping address. Please make sure that the
shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order
confirmation you received via email. If it is
contact us immediately.
- UPS & USPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders
made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays.
Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An
order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will
arrive on Tuesday.
- If you've ordered a product from us within the last
24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or UPS
has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse.
This is common when orders are made on weekends or
Track Your Shipment.
If your shipment is
coming by UPS or USPS, you can track your order using
the tracking info included in your order confirmation
